On the Rainbow is a lyrics archive run by Maki with much help from other contributors. This site was created because I remember and miss the days when people made websites with information on them instead of making you join forums or livejournal communities just to find out some basic information about your brand new shiny fandom. The goal of this site is to provide you with a reliable source for lyrics and discography information that doesn't require you to get a certain post count or join a friends-only journal/community. On the Rainbow also provides color coding which shows you who sings which lines. I haven't really seen this much in the English-speaking JE fandom, but it's an idea I got from the wonderful site Project Hello which has been doing this for ages with Hello! Project lyrics. Even before that site, Japanese fans have been doing this, just without the color.
